Cohort Size:

Duration:
Typically 9 months, meeting every 4–6 weeks for 2–3 hours.
Format:
Interactive, facilitated sessions combining deep listening, reflective dialogue, peer coaching, and leadership practice. Sessions run virtually or in person, depending on cohort location and preference.
Facilitation:
