MEET JENNIFER CAMPBELL

Jennifer is an experienced facilitator, consultant and strategic guide who has worked across government, corporate, education and industry. With a background in community development, leadership development and cultural change, she brings depth, calm and systems thinking to everything she does.

What sets Jennifer apart is her ability to hold complexity with clarity, create space for hard conversations, and lead people toward alignment—without losing heart. She is also the creator of The Unity Shift frameworks, including the Trust Alignment Matrix, The Connection Audit and The UNITY SHIFT Partnering Approach.
